Thank you for purchasing from SnapPDFs. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for paid licenses sold on this website. All prices are charged in USD.

Digital products

Our paid offerings are digital licenses delivered electronically after purchase. Because access can be granted immediately, refunds are limited as described below.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the paid feature is unavailable or cannot be activated due to a fault on our side; or
• you were charged in error (duplicate charge or incorrect amount).

Activation or use alone does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Defective or materially misdescribed products and billing errors may qualify for a remedy under applicable law. For purchases processed by Paddle, its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply; any higher level of mandatory or additional protection prevails. Visit Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Support for refund requests relating to those transactions. A request within 14 days does not by itself guarantee a discretionary refund.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number, purchase email, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in USD.
